Scouting

FUMC Clifton provides the Scout Hut facilities for Cub Pack 376 and Boy Scout Troop 376 which are chartered by the Clifton Lion’s Club. The Scout Hut is the white house located across the street from the church on the W. 9th St. side.

The Cub Scout Program is for boys and girls in K-5th grade and provides age-appropriate activities that encourage them to make friends, and learn through exciting projects and outdoor activities.  The Scout Program for boys and girls ages 11-17 develops a love of community service and develops leadership skills through fun and exciting challenges in the great outdoors.

Cub Scouts meet every Tuesday from 6:30-7:30 pm and the Boy Scouts meet on Monday nights from 6:30-7:30 pm at the Scout Hut. Parents and their youth are welcome to stop by the Scout Hut during the weekly meetings to experience the Scout program.

For information or to get in touch with the Cubmaster or the Scoutmaster, please contact the church office at 254-675-3984.
